First Look

America is big on the ‘First Look’, over in the States it’s where the Bride & Groom see each other a couple of hours before the ceremony and have some time together having their couple portraits taken. The moment the Groom sees his Bride-To-Be is captured by the photographer and I have to say it is very special. Us Brits haven’t quite accepted how special this can be but as a great alternative I will often capture a first look once my bride is ready and a member of her family (usually a parent) or her bridesmaids see her for the first time in her wedding dress. Below are some of my favourite first looks I’ve captured over the years and I love how emotional and special these moments are.
